Our Course & Class

Our New Drop-In Class is Now Available

Women’s only weightlifting Drop In Class’ starting 29th May, every Wednesday at 7pm and Thursday at 12pm.  Maximum of 8 people, instructed by two female trainers. LIMITED SPACES, BOOK BELOW.

You’re first step to lifting safely at a weight specific to your needs.   Don’t waste time lifting too light and not so heavy that you are at risk of injuryGet comfortable around weights and learn how to build a programme designed for what you want to achieve.  Please feel free to contact either Caz or Hermina or complete our online formAll participants will receive an individual screening consultation, so we are fully briefed of your goals and any limitations or injuries. 

Our Foundation Course

If you enjoy our classes, this course is designed to take your training and your body to the next level.  We take a small cohort of ladies a few times a year to transform the way you train and enable you to change your body conformation and keep you strong and healthy for the rest of your life.  Join our emailing list if you’d like to know when the next course is running’
