Our Drop-In Class is perfect for any level.
Women’s Weightlifting class, every Wednesday at 7pm and Thursday at 12pm. Maximum of 8 people, instructed by two female trainers. BOOK NOW TO SECURE YOUR SPOT, LIMITED SPACES.
You’re first step to lifting safely at a weight specific to your needs. Don’t waste time lifting too light and not so heavy that you are at risk of injury. Get comfortable around weights and learn how to build a programme designed for what you want to achieve. Please feel free to contact either Caz or Hermina. All participants are asked to complete a short screening, so we are fully briefed of your goals and any limitations or injuries.

Hermina
As a peri-post menopausal expert, I love smashing women’s perceptions of what they can achieve… at any age!! I come from a media background and had a eureka moment whilst filming my last documentary project on Parkinson’s; a disease that removes your ability to move and perform basic tasks daily and there is no cure. However, exercise helped most sufferers. The best thing you can do for your brain and your body is move. I had a couple of dodgy knees and was developing a more sedentary life. The miracle cure – move!! Paired with good nutrition, the unbelievable is possible. I run my own Personal Training Company, specialising in women specific training and nutrition. I have clients from 18 to 86. What is possible, wherever you are in your journey, continues to astound me. Join me and just move!
